Derreck R. Woodruff
President

Derreck has held numerous executive positions within the staffing industry, helping organizations grow from inception into solid, successful businesses. He currently serves as Partner and President of Rapid Application Deployment, Inc. (RAD), an IT Staffing provider. He incorporated Rapid Application Deployment in 1998 and managed the company through difficult economic conditions, achieving both stability and profitability. Prior to RAD, he served as Executive Vice President of Northland Employment Services. He was employed for over 10 years, serving Northland Employment Services in various positions.

Prior to the staffing industry, he worked in sales positions with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation as a New Business Representative, an Account Representative, and finally as a National Account Representative.

Derreck is a graduate from Drake University in Des Moines, IA, with a Bachelor of Science Business
Administration degree.

Travis Robinson
Vice President of Operations

Travis joined Rapid Application Deployment in 2003 to execute an effective sales and marketing strategy by providing a competitive analysis, market research, and a plan of action to grow our Business Development Team. Travis has helped manage sales operations in a manner that successfully fulfills strategic goals and objectives. His insight and vision have helped fuel the growth of the company, positioning it as a leading information technology resource provider.

In addition to business development, Travis recruits and trains business development personnel. He also develops and implements sales compensation and incentive programs to motivate and stimulate employee moral. He provides leadership and vision to our Sales and Business Development Team.

Travis joined RAD with a strong information technology sales background and experience in developing strategic partnerships. He spent nine years with Northland Employment Services, a leading staffing firm that specializes in information technology, finance, healthcare, and engineering. At Northland, he managed the sales and business development of the information technology division.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
