Business Development Representative

Primary responsibility for this role is development of new business, management of existing clients, recruitment of candidate/consultant resources, and the art of making placements.

This dynamic and entrepreneurial position provides a unique opportunity to leverage your existing sales skills, tap into your creativity, and satisfy that entrepreneurial drive while leveraging an existing strong recruiting team at RAD that produces results.

Responsibilities

Identifying new Client Job Orders
Identifying and sourcing new Candidates/Consultants
Screening and interviewing new Candidates/Consultants
Qualifying Candidates and Job Orders for Send Outs
Negotiating terms of Client Placement/Candidate

Requirements

A results orientated, self-driven, proven track record
Strong phone skills a MUST, heavy phone sales orientation
Business savvy with a strong focus and determination
The drive to want to make a lot of money!
