David Stack

Chief Financial Officer

As a financial executive with over 25 years of experience in his field, David Stack serves as the chief financial officer of RapidDeploy. David’s leadership experience spans accounting and finance, including a variety of departmental activities and projects that include long and short-term financial planning, general accounting, investor relations, revenue recognition, accounting policy creation, and procurement. Prior to joining RapidDeploy, David served as CFO at The RepTrak company for four years and HubSpot for five years, where he was responsible for directing and developing all financial activities that transformed a million-dollar revenue venture capital backed startup to a $100M revenue corporation. David also served as the finance lead for RSA Security, which sold to EMC for $2.3 billion in 2006, where he then joined the executive team overseeing the financial and information system activities in the EMC security division. David received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Southern College, and received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UCF College of Business.
